In September 2023, the Company was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (Stock Short Name: Hengxing New Material; Stock Code: 603276), with a registered capital of RMB 207 million. Through years of stable development, the Company has built solid industrial foundation and established sound brand reputation. The Company owns three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Jiangsu Chenxing New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Shandong Hengxing New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Ningxia Gangxing New Material Technology Co., Ltd. It operates four major production bases equipped with over 30 sets of automated production facilities for specialty chemicals, capable of conducting various reactions such as oxidation, ketonization, esterification, etherification, hydrogenation and condensation. Adopting the industrial model of "serialized production and integrated industrial extension", the Company has built a complete product portfolio covering high-growth sectors including green pesticides, pharmaceutical intermediates, lithium battery electrolytes, high-end solvents, flavors and fragrances, and food & feed additives.
